A nationally recognized higher education leader and workforce innovator, Jim has served as president of Tallahassee State College since 2010. Under his leadership, TSC has experienced transformational growth and earned national recognition for student success, innovation, and workforce advancement.
Throughout his career, Jim has also mentored leaders across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, helping them navigate difficult decisions, competing priorities, organizational change, and the challenges that come with leading others
